In 2014 we opened Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings - our multi-floored venue in Clerkenwell, just off Exmouth Market featuring a restaurant, greenhouse, cocktail bar, cookery school, and late-night underground drinking and dancing den.

Exclusive hire of the venue works on a minimum spend basis, which all packages and bar spend contribute towards. Costs vary depending on day of the week, start time, and which areas of the venue you are using, but minimum spends begin at £19,000.
We charge a flat hire fee of £3,500 for hire of the space, furniture, crockery, glassware and linen. This does not include catering or bar services. Prices for these can be found in our brochure.
We can include extras including lighting, live music and AV at an additional cost - just ask us for details of these.
Yes! Our studio space is perfect for ceremonies. Currently, we can host humanist ceremonies, as we don’t yet have a wedding licence for legal ceremonies (watch this space!)
We take a 50% deposit of the total spend to confirm your booking, then the balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding date.
Our team are on hand to help support you through the planning process. We’ve been doing this a while and are happy to help with recommendations and suppliers.
You are responsible for providing us with a list of timings, table plans, decor, pre-orders and anything else we need to know.
We love live music and welcome musicians to our venue often. There are some venue limitations so always check with us before booking anything. Live music on the ground floor and Studio levels must conclude by 11 pm.
Friday & Saturday = The venue is licensed until 1am and 12am for B&H Studios.
On-street pay and display plus two bays at £20 per day. Our nearest stations are Farringdon, Angel and King’s Cross.
